TRAX LOGISTIC Shipping Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions and Scope of Services
1.1 Definition: TRAX LOGISTIC's shipping services include the collection, handling, and delivery of goods from the sender's location to the final destination as agreed upon between TRAX LOGISTIC and the customer.
1.2 Scope: TRAX LOGISTIC provides domestic and international shipping services with various shipping options, including express and standard services.
2. Obligations and Responsibilities of TRAX LOGISTIC
2.1 Delivery Obligation: TRAX LOGISTIC will make every effort to ensure deliveries are made according to the schedule agreed upon in the Service Level Agreements (SLA).
2.2 Guarantee Program: If a delivery is delayed by one day from the promised schedule, TRAX LOGISTIC will refund 10% of the shipping cost as part of the "One-Day Late, Shipping Fee Refund" program.
2.3 Insurance: Goods valued over Rp. 10,000,000 per invoice must be insured at a rate of 1% of the item’s value. This insurance covers full replacement in case of loss.
3. Limitations of Liability
3.1 Damage and Loss: TRAX LOGISTIC is not responsible for damage or loss of goods caused by:
- Goods shipped with incorrect information (item type, quantity, and invoice value).
- Damage to goods inside a tightly sealed package.
- Customs hold or rejection due to prohibited items in the cargo.
3.2 Sender’s Responsibility: The sender is fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of shipping information, including item descriptions, quantities, and invoice values. TRAX LOGISTIC will not be liable for damage or loss resulting from incorrect shipping data.
4. Claims Procedure
4.1 Damage Claims: If goods are received damaged (with open packaging), the customer must contact a TRAX Agent to file a damage claim. Damage to goods inside a tightly sealed package is not covered.
4.2 Loss Claims: For lost items, customers must promptly report the loss to TRAX LOGISTIC and provide necessary evidence as per the applicable insurance policy.
5. Customs Holds
5.1 Costs and Consequences: TRAX LOGISTIC's shipping service includes handling fees to ensure delivery to the destination. However, TRAX LOGISTIC does not guarantee against prohibited items found in the cargo. Legal consequences are the full responsibility of the sender or owner of the goods.
6. Payment Methods
6.1 Payment: Shipping fees can be paid via credit card, virtual account, QRIS, or cash. Once goods are received at TRAX’s warehouse, customers will receive an invoice and relevant documentation.
7. Tracking and Delivery Status
7.1 Tracking: Customers can check the status of their shipment by sending the tracking code to TRAX CARE via WhatsApp for an automatic response regarding the shipment status.
8. Changes and Updates
8.1 Policy Changes: TRAX LOGISTIC reserves the right to amend these service terms at any time in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Updates will be communicated to customers as per existing terms.
