We are committed to ensuring timely delivery according to the promised schedule. If the delivery is delayed by one day from the agreed time, we will refund 10% of your total shipping cost.

• Exclusions: Refunds do not apply if the customer has been notified in advance about potential delays before the delivery is made. Such notifications may be due to conditions such as:
  • Red Line: Shipping restrictions imposed by government policies at specific times.
  • Third-Party Delays: Any delays in the delivery schedule at TRAX facilities by the sender.
  • Weather Conditions: Extreme weather affecting the delivery process.
  • Fleet Issues: Technical or operational problems with the delivery fleet.
  • Force Majeure: Situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.

Refunds will be issued in cash or via bank transfer.
