TRAX ensures that your goods will arrive according to the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the 'One-Day Late, Shipping Fee Refund' program.

What if the goods are lost?

Goods valued over Rp. 10,000,000 per invoice must be insured at a cost of 1% of the item’s value, with full 100% loss compensation.

What if the goods are damaged?

If the goods received are damaged (with open packaging), contact a TRAX Agent to file a damage claim. Damage to items inside tightly sealed packaging is not covered under the replacement guarantee.

What if the goods are held by Customs?

TRAX's shipping service includes handling fees to ensure the goods are delivered to the destination. However, TRAX does not guarantee against the discovery of prohibited items within the cargo.

The legal consequences are the full responsibility of the sender or the owner of the goods.

What factors can cause shipping delays?

If goods are shipped with incorrect information (item type, quantity, and invoice value), TRAX does not guarantee against damage or loss of goods held due to inaccurate shipping data.

A marking code is a unique identification code used to manage goods during shipping. You can request a marking code from a TRAX Agent if you want to send goods to TRAX warehouses in China, Bangkok, and Singapore.

What documents are needed for shipping goods?

Only a copy of the invoice and a packing list detailing the quantity of goods to be shipped are required.

When is the payment for the shipping invoice due?

After the goods are received at the TRAX warehouse, you will receive an invoice and detailed documentation of the quantity and CBM calculation. Please make the payment using one of the available payment methods (credit card, virtual account, QRIS, or cash).

How can I check the status of my shipment?

Send the tracking code to TRAX CARE via WhatsApp to receive an automatic reply with the shipment status.

The goods I received are delayed from the schedule?

If the goods you received are delayed by one day from the promised schedule, contact a TRAX Agent to claim the "One-Day Late, Shipping Fee Refund" program.
